Phoned sky to get them to force through the 16 mb line but he guy said i'll need to wait till 2morrow (line just on 2day) it's good to be back but at 3.9 mb i'll not be going anywere quick :(

How'd you get on? Did you get the line back to 16MB?

My constant 8MB has dropped to around 5MB but I'm not sure if that's to do with the server I'm connected to, can't reboot the router just now to find out.
